We have had great difficulty getting the instructions from the wood shop where the shelves were manufactured, but have received word that they have created an instructional video that will show in detail how the shelf kits are assembled...
We should have that video tomorrow and will send a link. We will use the video to create a .pdf version of printable instructions.
We apologize for the delays, but really have been pushing the shop hard for proper instructions, and they just haven't gotten them to us.

We realize that instructions were not sent with the kits... turned out that when everything was packaged, the instructions had not been included, and they were already sealed and marked with postage.
We decided that rather than try to cut everything open, we would email and post pdf instructions for the kits.
We are getting the instructions together quickly and will be sending them out soon, the Classic kit instructions will be posted by tomorrow, and the Modern kit instructions will follow shortly after.

Backerkit has fixed the database issues for some shelves, which we will be shipping immediately, some today and the rest Monday! It has taken a lot of time, but we are now able to ship almost all of the assembled shelves and elite shelves... but not the kits.
All kit versions of the shelf are still dysfunctioning in the database, but Backerkit promises that they are doing everything they can now to fix it fast, and after repairing most of the database they think it will be fixed soon.
One other database issue is that for people who ordered three shelves, we are only able to access the first shelf of the three in the database, so the first shelf is on its way and the other two are following close behind... but that should get fixed at the same time as the kit versions, so we hope to ship everything very soon.

The shelves are boxed and ready to ship! But our friends at Backerkit are working on fixing some kind of issues with our database which happened earlier this week, which caused the wrong postage labels to be printed... They have figured out the problem today and are working on fixing it, which is going to take a day or two to sort out, but we will be shipping imminently!
